Kathy Turinawe

Kathy Turinawe has significant experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Change and Integration Lead at BPR Bank Rwanda Plc since February 2023. Additionally, Kathy has held the position of Head of Human Resources at I&M Bank Uganda since December 2020 and at KCB Bank Rwanda Ltd since December 2014. Educationally, Kathy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Edinburgh Business School (2012 - 2014) and a Postgraduate Honours Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rhodes University (1999 - 2003).
