Michael Lloyd

Michael Lloyd is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the construction and corporate sectors. Currently serving as President & CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel at IMC Construction since July 2017, Michael has also contributed as a board member for Community Volunteers in Medicine and Peter's Place: A Center For Grieving Children and Families since 2019. Previous roles include Counsel at Uber, Tax Counsel at Chevron, Associate at Caplin & Drysdale, Chartered, and Credit Trading Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Economics from Loyola University New Orleans.
