Stela Rînja

Stela Rînja has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at IMC Trading as the Head of Procurement/IT Procurement since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as an IT Procurement Officer at the same company from January 2020 to May 2021. Before joining IMC Trading, they were employed by RTL as a Senior Partner Manager from March 2018 to December 2019. Stela also gained valuable experience at Liberty Global where they held multiple roles, including Senior Manager - Global Procurement, Service Delivery Platforms from February 2017 to March 2018, Manager Procurement - Global Category Manager, CPE Connectivity from February 2015 to January 2017, Manager Procurement - Global Commodity Manager, Video Accessories from February 2014 to January 2015, and Procurement Analyst from October 2012 to February 2014. Stela began their career at Eficient Consulting Ltd. as an Associate Financial Analyst from February 2011 to May 2012. Stela also had a brief role as a Business Process Analyst (intern) at Schüco International Italia srl from July 2010 to November 2010. Stela'searliest work experience was as a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Economy, Finance, and Statistics from February 2007 to August 2009.

Stela Rînja completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Banks and Stock Exchanges at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova from 2003 to 2007. Stela then pursued their PhD in Economics and Management at the University of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova from 2007 to 2012. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in International Management from the Università di Trento, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
