The Recruiting Team at IMC Trading is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within the company, including traders, technologists, and other specialists. They manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to collaborating with hiring managers and onboarding new hires. The team places a particular emphasis on campus recruitment and graduate programs to bring in fresh, insatiably curious problem-solvers who can contribute to IMC’s continuous innovation and global success.
