Ainoa Doughty

Ainoa Doughty is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in strategic planning and business development. Currently serving as a Management Consultant at OPTA - Think Act Change since April 2019, Ainoa collaborates with top management and sales managers to shape company strategy and enhance performance through effective marketing and sales campaigns. Concurrently, Ainoa works as a Consultant at IMCN. Prior roles include Partner and Head of Marketing and Economic Analysis at SCOA Studio Consulenti Associati, and Partner and Senior Manager at AREA group. Ainoa's early career includes positions as a Project Manager at Nomisma and a Fast-track Administration Trainee at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in London.
