Victoria Kemanian has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Victoria started their career at AIESEC as the National Committee President for Uruguay in 1993. Victoria then worked as the Marketing Director at Santander Asset Management from 1996 to 1998. Victoria joined McBride Co. (now Global Consulting Group) in 1998 as the EVP & Global Marketing Director until 2001. In 2002, they became a Founding Partner & Director at Latitude. Victoria started working at HEC Paris in 2007 as a Lecturer and Program Advisor for the Executive MBA Program. Victoria joined the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2008 as a Consultant to the Multinational Enterprises Program. In 2010, they became an International Consultant at the International Trade Centre (WTO-UNCTAD). Currently, Victoria is working at IMD Business School, where they hold the position of Director of the Business Transformation Initiative, while also being involved in Executive Education, Program Facilitation, and Research.
Victoria Kemanian is currently pursuing a Doctor in Business Administration at the Cranfield School of Management from 2021 to 2024. Victoria previously completed an Executive MBA at HEC Paris from 2005 to 2006. Victoria'sundergraduate degree, a Licence in International Relations, was obtained from Universidad de la República from 1987 to 1991, with a focus on International Economy, International Law, Trade, and Diplomacy.
