Nicky Palm

Nicky Palm is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as the HR & Communicatie Directeur at Imeldaziekenhuis Bonheiden since February 2020, Nicky also holds the position of Managing Partner at ItBetterWorks BVBA, focusing on HR consultancy and interim management since July 2016. Previous roles include Chief Human Capital Officer at Armonea, Manager Personnel & Organisation at Matexi, and HR Director at Baloise Insurance. Nicky has a strong foundation in strategic workforce planning, recruitment, training, and change management, complemented by a post-university degree in Computer Linguistics from KU Leuven and a master’s degree in German Philology.
