Gökalp Urul

Gökalp Urul serves as the Director of Technology at iMerit Technology, a position held since July 2023, following the acquisition of Ango AI, where Gökalp was the Co-Founder and CTO from August 2020 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Consultant, Product Manager, and Senior Front End Developer at DataBoss Security & Analytics from July 2018 to June 2021, and Front End Web Developer at ScoreBeyond from January 2016 to July 2016, a company acquired by LinkedIn. Earlier work experience also includes research positions at Fraunhofer IIS and Umram, and an internship at Aselsan. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University, completed in 2018 and 2014, respectively.
