Gad Rohrlich has over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Gad has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Imerys, Astrium EADS, Pierre Fabre, and Arcelor.
At Imerys, Gad served as the Human Resources Vice President, leading the group's talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development programs. Gad was responsible for redesigning the leadership development offer and defining global policies and processes.
Prior to that, Gad served as the Human Resources Director for Imerys' Energy Solutions & Specialties Business Group, where they managed HR support for the Finance and IT function. Gad also led a talent development and talent acquisition initiative for the entire Imerys Group.
Gad also served as the Human Resources Director for Imerys' Performance & Filtration Minerals Business Group, overseeing significant reorganizations, plant closures, and M&A activities. Gad played a key role in the HR integration of a 1,000-employee company with assets in multiple continents.
Before joining Imerys, Gad held HR leadership positions at Astrium EADS, Pierre Fabre, and Arcelor, where they gained experience in managing HR functions and supporting business units.

Gad Rohrlich completed their Master's degree in Business, Management, and HR at ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion from 1987 to 1990. In 1993 and 1994, they pursued HR Development studies at Entreprise & Personnel in Paris. In 2015, Gad enrolled in the Senior Leadership Programme at INSEAD, where they are currently undertaking studies.
