Pierre-Eloi PIGANEAU is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and plant management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Imerys since February 2024. Previously, PIGANEAU held the position of Manufacturing Plant Manager at Symbio, overseeing the Hydrogen Fuel Cell production facility near Lyon, France, from December 2020 to February 2024. PIGANEAU's extensive experience at Michelin includes roles such as Cost Roadmap Manager and Motorsports Tire Production Manager, with a focus on industrial capacity coordination and frontline leadership in various production environments. Additionally, PIGANEAU served as Chief Financial Officer at the Association LE ROCHER Oasis des Cités, contributing to social and economic development projects. PIGANEAU holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from Mines Paris - PSL and has completed a visiting program in Supply Chain Management at the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics.
