Michael Pittman, RN, PMP

Michael Pittman, RN, PMP has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in project management and clinical training. Michael began their career as a Clinical Trainer at Clarity Consultants in 2013 and continued to work in similar positions at The HCI Group and Clarity Consultants in 2014. In 2014, they also served as a GE Centricity Perioperative Implementation Consultant at iMethods.

In 2015, Michael joined TEKsystems as a Surgery Analyst, where they provided support for legacy applications and assisted with the transition to Epic Optime and Anesthesia. Michael held this position until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at iMethods, specifically focusing on Surgical Services.

In 2020, Michael joined Tower Health as a Project Manager, responsible for Epic Ancillary Applications. Michael worked in this role until 2021 when they transitioned to Brightwork Consulting as a Clinical Client Engagement Lead. Later in 2021, they joined Tech Mahindra as an Epic Project Manager, managing multiple applications until 2023. Currently, they are an Epic Program Manager at iMethods, a position they have held since 2023.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in project management, clinical training, and implementation of healthcare information systems.

Michael Pittman, RN, PMP has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Michael obtained their degree between 1993 and 1997. In addition to their Bachelor's degree, they also hold a certification as a Registered Nurse, which they obtained from the North Carolina Board of Nursing in April 1997. Furthermore, Michael obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2023.
