Brian Burns has extensive work experience in the field of software, controls engineering, and R&D engineering. Brian started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2003 as a PC&IS Engineering Technology Leader for the Health Care division. Brian then moved on to become the Site Leader/Group Head in R&D Engineering, where they managed a team and oversaw the creation and modification of laboratories, pilot lines, and testing equipment. In 2014, Brian joined iMFLUX as the Director of Controls & Software Engineering, where they led the development of control features for the iMFLUX platform. Brian later became the Senior Director, responsible for leading the development, application, and improvement of the iMFLUX controls and data acquisition platform. Currently, Brian holds the position of Principal Scientist at Procter & Gamble, specifically working on iMFLUX Software & Controls Engineering.
Brian Burns attended St. Xavier High School for their secondary education. Brian later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Controls at The Ohio State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from the State of Ohio.
