Daniel Shook

Daniel Shook currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at IMI since January 2015. Previously, Daniel held the position of Non Executive Director at Ultra Electronics Group from September 2019 to August 2022. Before that, Daniel was Chief Financial Officer at Borealis, a prominent provider of innovative plastics solutions, from June 2007 to October 2014. Daniel's earlier experience includes roles as Finance Director for both Industrial & Special Products at The Linde Group and ISP at The BOC Group plc, where Daniel also served as Group Treasurer. Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics & Mathematics from Colgate University.
