Melanie Huang

Melanie Huang has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Melanie currently serves as the Human Resources Director at iMin Technology, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise for almost seven years, where they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager from March 2015 to May 2021, and as the HR & Office Manager from December 2014 to May 2021. In these roles, they collaborated with senior leadership on talent decisions, managed recruitment processes, and interpreted company and labor policies. Before joining Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Melanie held the position of HR Manager at Hauslab Group from September 2012 to January 2014. Melanie also worked at Manpower Link Pte Ltd as a Recruitment Manager from December 2009 to August 2012, and as a Human Resources Clerk from October 2007 to November 2009. Melanie's early career included a brief stint as an Assistant Manager at k9 artefacts, where they oversaw daily operations and maintained client relationships. Additionally, they volunteered at the National Library Board from January 2019 to May 2021.

Melanie Huang obtained a Professional certificate in the Professional Coach Training Program from Executive Coaching International in 2020. Melanie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Civil Aviation University of China, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Melanie received the "IHRP Certified Professional" designation from the Institute for Human Resouce Professionals Singapore in 2018. Melanie has acquired a variety of additional certifications from LinkedIn, focusing on topics such as workplace happiness, HR strategy, employee performance, building relationships, resilience, and negotiation skills.
