Beth Philpot

Beth Philpot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Beth began their career as a Research Assistant at Pure - Search & Selection in 2013. After that, they worked as a People Assistant and later as a People Advisor at McCann Worldgroup from 2014 to 2017. Beth then temporarily worked as a People Advisor at McCann Worldgroup in 2017. Beth also took a break from work to travel around South East Asia during this time. In 2017, they joined Pulse Films as an HR Advisor and later became an HR Manager. Beth provided generalist HR and recruitment support at the company until 2019. Currently, Beth works at Immediate Media Co as an HR Business Partner, and they have also held the roles of People Manager and People Partnering & Ops Lead. Immediate Media Co is a fast-growing media business with various divisions and well-known brands in the UK.

Beth Philpot completed their education at Helsby High School from 2002 to 2009. Beth subsequently pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Manchester, graduating in 2012. In 2015, Beth attended Acacia Learning and obtained a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management.
