Carol Karls

Carol Karls has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Carol began their career as a Program Director at Advance Economic Development from 1993 to 1999. Carol then worked as the VP of Development at Direct Development from 1999 to 2007, where they specialized in commercial mixed-use projects. In 2008, Carol held positions at both the City of Green Bay, focusing on economic development, and Wisconsin Public Service (WPS), where they served as the Manager of Community & Economic Development. At WPS, they assisted businesses with attraction and expansion efforts, as well as worked on talent attraction and retention strategies. Currently, Carol is the Director of Strategic Growth at Immel Construction since 2020, where they play a crucial role in preconstruction, client services, and strategic growth initiatives.
