Ayed Rababa'h

Ayed Rababa'h has extensive work experience in production planning and management roles. Ayed began their career in 2012 at Maani & Partners Furniture Co as a Production Planning Engineer, where they implemented production scheduling and conducted time and motion studies. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Ghuzlan Emirates Furniture and Decor as a Production Planning Engineer, responsible for product routing and improving production efficiencies. Ayed then joined AL ALI ENGINEERING CONT & TRAD EST as a Production Planning Manager, overseeing production planning and developing production plans and budgets. In 2017, they moved to Abu Dhabi Medical Industries (AMILAB) as a Factory Production Manager, where they managed production processes and planning activities and determined production requirements based on plant capacity. Currently, they are working at IMMENSA as a Production Manager, responsible for executing the complete production process, improving manufacturing processes, and managing assets and resources.

Ayed Rababa'h completed their high school education from S. Secondary School from 2005 to 2007, specializing in the scientific field. Following this, from 2007 to 2012, they attended Jordan University of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering, which is ABET accredited by the United States. Additionally, Ayed obtained a certification in Process Improvement Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2023.
