Julien Castet

Julien Castet is the Head of Research at Immersion, a company specializing in virtual reality and augmented reality since September 2012. In addition to this role, Julien serves as an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission and as an Expert for France 2030 with Bpifrance since November 2021. Julien has held various positions in the academic research field, including evaluator for the ANR and postdoctoral research scientist at multiple institutions, including Grenoble INP and McGill University. An extensive educational background includes a PhD in Art, Science, and Technologies from Grenoble INP, along with multiple degrees in physics and engineering. Currently, Julien is pursuing a Master Class in Intellectual Property Law at INPI, expected to complete in April 2024.
