Ric Auer

Ric Auer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and program management across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and agriculture. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Engineer at Immersive Fusion since November 2021, Ric also owns and operates Auer Farm LLC, a boutique farm specializing in sustainably grown produce and animal products. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at Systecon North America, Program Manager at Andromeda Systems Incorporated, and program management positions at DrFirst.com and MedStar Health. Ric's technical expertise was further developed during a tenure at Microsoft Corporation, where responsibilities spanned technical operations management and systems engineering.
