Doğuş Genç has held various roles in the aviation industry since 2011. In 2011, they were an International Sales Specialist at Waterlife Research Ind Ltd. In 2013, they were a Security Auditor at UTG Textile Ltd. San ve Tic A.S. In 2017, they were an Author/Yazar at www.havacilikguvenligi.com. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Operations Team Leader at Gozen Security. During this time, they were responsible for investigating passport, visas and other required travel documents validity and authenticity on the relevant flights of THY, Lufthansa, Atlas Global, Singapore Airlines, Onur Air, Aegan, British Airways. Doğuş also ensured and sustained flight and passenger safety, performed risk analysis, managed and coordinated the responsible team, and sustained and supervised an effective communication of the team with passengers. In 2019, they were an Operations Supervisor at Atlasglobal, where they were responsible for supervising the quality of the services, monitoring and reporting, and being responsible for all flights of Atlas Global Airlines (departures and arrivals). Currently, they are an Operations Monitoring Manager at Immfly, where they are responsible for development and implementation of result-based monitoring, evaluation and reporting system with detailed guideline for aviation, conducting outcome/impact and operations monitoring with customer care point, planning, management, reporting and data analysis together with developing and implementing comprehensive strategy for the project, development and strengthening institutional monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures for providing a strong satisfaction for the airlines, facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the area of monitoring and evaluation, creating an efficient Roster and managing a team which consists of 7 people on duty for 24/7, providing S.O.P and implementing it in operational environment, running the hiring and performance management process with combination of HR, and handling office logistics and customs processes.

Doğuş Genç attended Istanbul University from 2011 to 2015, graduating with a degree in Almanca Öğretmenliği from the eğitim fakültesi. Prior to that, they attended Sefaköy Anadolu Lisesi from 2003 to 2007, where they studied İngilizce as a foreign language.
