Zahra Hassanzadeh

Zahra Hassanzadeh is a highly experienced professional in user experience research and design, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher and IT Technical Advisor at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since March 2022. Previously, Zahra held the position of User Experience Researcher at Public Services and Procurement Canada and completed an Interaction Design Internship at You.i TV. Academic contributions include serving as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Carleton University, where Zahra focused on user-centered security and various computing subjects. Zahra's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Carleton University, and multiple degrees in French Studies and Information Technology from Iranian institutions.
