Laura B. Lawton

Laura B. Lawton has over 20 years of experience in the field of operations and administrative support. Laura B. began their career in 1998 as an Executive Assistant at Identix Incorporated, where they were responsible for providing administrative support to the COO and other C-Level executives. This included calendar/travel management, research and analysis, event coordination, and facilities management. In 2003, they moved to Interspan Language Institute, where they provided administrative support to the CEO and EVP of Curriculum. This included calendar/travel management, project planning, budgeting, and corporate move to Mexico. In 2004, they joined Tectura Corporation as an Executive Assistant/Office Administrator, where they provided administrative support to the COO and EVP. This included screening calls, calendar and travel management, planning and coordinating executive meetings including board meetings, processing expense reports, and gathering financial information to prepare presentation materials. In 2007, they became an Administrative Coordinator at Mills-Peninsula Health Services, where they managed operational coordination of the Community Education Program, monitored business functions, and supervised adherence to federal compliance licensing/competencies. In 2012, they joined Enecsys as an Executive Assistant/Office Administrator, where they provided administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and other executive staff members. In 2016, they joined Natera as an Executive Assistant/Marketing Operations Manager, where they provided high-touch executive-level administrative support for the VP, Marketing/VP, Sales. This included complex calendaring and travel arrangements, event planning, creating reports/presentations, and gathering information from internal team and other sources. Laura B. also conceptualized, developed, and supervised the implementation of the "Marketing Operations Center of Excellence". Finally, in 2018, they joined Immune-Onc Therapeutics as a Senior Manager of Operations.
