Adam Dasilva

Adam DaSilva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical outsourcing and contract management within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Outsourcing and Contracts at ImmunoGen, Inc., Adam manages the vendor bidding process and leads negotiations with service providers. Previous roles include External Partners Team Lead at Shire, Global Lead of Clinical Strategic Sourcing at Boston Scientific, and Senior Contracts Manager at Genzyme, among others. Adam possesses a strong background in developing and executing outsourcing strategies, managing vendor performance, and achieving significant cost savings.
