Frances Silva

Frances Silva has a diverse range of work experience in the field of clinical data management. Frances began their career in 1983 at Frontier Science, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Coordinating Center, where they served as a Clinical Data Manager and Clinical Data Specialist. Frances led a team of Data Managers for various global clinical trials and worked on cross-functional teams with prestigious institutions. In 2004, they joined Medical Device Consultants Inc as a Clinical DataManager II. From 2009 to 2016, Frances held the position of Clinical Data Lead at Averion International, AptivSolutions, and ICON Clinical Research, where they managed clinical data for clients in the field of oncology, hematologic malignancies, and arthritis. Frances then worked as a Senior Clinical Data Manager at Alkermes Inc from January to November 2016, overseeing data management for schizophrenia trials. Frances continued their career at TESARO, Inc., GSK from 2016 to 2019 as a Senior Clinical Data Manager. Frances then joined Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, where they held positions as a Senior Clinical Data Manager and Manager of Clinical Data Management. Currently, they are working as a Principal Clinical Data Manager at ImmunoGen, Inc.

Frances Silva attended Brown University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Society. Frances later pursued further education at UMass Boston from 1987 to 1989 and completed their Master of Education degree. The field of study for their Master's degree is unknown.
