Sarah Y. Connolly

Sarah Y. Connolly, OD, FAAO, ABO is currently serving as the Ocular Medical Director at ImmunoGen, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at REGENXBIO Inc. from September 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Novartis, including Associate Director Medical Science Liaison from May 2021 to September 2021, and Medical Science Liaison from December 2019 to May 2021. Sarah also worked at Wang Vision Institute as a Consultative Optometrist/Dry Eye Clinic Director from October 2013 to December 2019, and at Bausch + Lomb as a Clinical Outcomes Specialist from July 2013 to October 2013.

Dr. Sarah Y. Connolly received their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Bowdoin College in 2008. Sarah Y. then went on to earn their Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they completed a residency in Ocular and Refractive Surgery at Indiana University Bloomington/Wang Vision Institute. Additionally, Dr. Connolly obtained the certification of Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry from the American Academy of Optometry in 2021 and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry in 2016.
