Steph Sheline

Steph Sheline serves as the Senior Director of the People Team at Immuta, where responsibilities include managing the organization-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and overseeing employee learning and development programs. Previously, Steph held various positions at Northeastern University from 2012 to 2021, including Talent Management Program Manager and Manager of Administration, Planning, & Special Projects, demonstrating expertise in efficiency and compliance in HR processes, as well as employee recognition initiatives. Experience also includes roles in student activities at Endicott College and Tufts University, and a background in customer service at Vail Resorts. Steph holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Renewal and Corporate Finance, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership, and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. Educational qualifications are further complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Economics from Colby College.
