Ratnakar Dhakad is an experienced professional in the information technology and services sector, currently serving as the Head of Content (Professional Services) at iMocha since March 2022, where responsibilities include content product creation and sales strategy. Notably, Ratnakar also holds the position of Head of Customer Success Ops, focusing on enabling customer success through strategic resources and intelligence. Prior to iMocha, Ratnakar co-founded Indus Valley Technologies, delivering solutions for talent acquisition and skills development from August 2020 to March 2022. Ratnakar's extensive background includes over 12 years at NTT DATA Global Delivery Services, managing IT project deliveries to Japanese customers and leading project management roles at Comsoft Infotech and Softcell Technologies.
