David Krohn has held various roles in the professional world since 2007. David's first role was as Financial Manager and Drummer at Kopecky, where they played most major music festivals, and appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The New York Times. David was responsible for all financial responsibilities, including filing taxes, payroll, and LLC establishment before partnering with Sussman and Associates, Kopecky's business manager. In 2016, they began working at Esco Products, Inc. as Quality and Logistics Manager, where they managed a 5000 sq. ft. warehouse while working with with a 3PL for overflow stock and created a quality management system that focuses on KPIs and fosters a continuous improvement culture. That same year, they also Co-Founded and managed Hauling Glass, a local subscription-based, glass recycling service for Houston residents when the City of Houston ceased curbside glass recycling. David recycled over 200 tons of glass via a bimonthly pickup service and formed the overall business structure and a self-funding business plan, establishing protocols and processes, and reviewed and recommended improvements to ensure on-time delivery of pickups and services. In 2021, they began working at gin design group as a Procurement Project Manager, where they worked directly with Director of Purchasing to manage shipping, warehousing and distribution operations, created and implemented processes to improve and streamline operations and customer experience, and created a roadmap for pivoting strategies in response to supply chain crisis, rerouting orders through domestic suppliers. Finally, in 2022, they began working at imogene + willie as Systems Director and fulfillment and distribution manager.
