Pamela Bland

Pamela Bland is an experienced professional in training and education, currently serving as the Corporate Training and Development Manager at Imo's Pizza since June 2022. Previously, Pamela worked at Lift for Life Academy High School from August 2015 to June 2022, leading the World Languages department as a Spanish Language and English Language Arts teacher. Additional experience includes volunteering as an English tutor at LifeWise StL in 2019-2020. Earlier roles involved retail management and customer service at Charlotte Russe and Sansai Japanese Grill, where Pamela progressed from entry-level positions to key managerial roles, overseeing employee training and operations.
