Michael Smith

Michael Smith is an experienced leader in sustainability and business development, currently serving as Chief Impact Officer at IMPACT BRIDGE, a role focused on empowering leaders to grow positive impact brands. Michael has contributed to various organizations, including serving on the advisory board for the Sustainable CRE Alliance. In the early stages of the pandemic, Michael co-founded Save Small Business, a grassroots coalition supporting Canadian small businesses. Previous positions include Business Development Associate at Corporate Knights, Principal for Sustainability Strategy & Business Development Consultancy, Manager of Eco Business Development at Sears Canada, and Account Manager at Me To We Style. Michael's academic background includes a BSc in Global Resource Systems with a focus on sustainability from The University of British Columbia.
