Laura Leigh Barrett

Laura Leigh Barrett has over 15 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Laura Leigh is currently working as the Vice President at Impact Development Management since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director at Impact Development Management from August 2019 to December 2021. Laura Leigh also served as a Director at the same company from May 2019 to August 2019.

Before joining Impact Development Management, Laura worked as the Regional Program Manager at the Technical College System of Georgia from August 2016 to May 2019, where they gained experience in program management.

Earlier in their career, Laura worked at the Georgia State Financing & Investment Commission, where they held the roles of Senior Project Manager from September 2013 to August 2016 and Project Manager from January 2007 to September 2013.

Laura's career began at Boyken International, Inc., where they worked as an Assistant Project Manager from May 2006 to January 2007.

Laura Leigh Barrett obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Laura Leigh completed this degree from 2001 to 2006. Later, they earned their MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Laura Leigh also holds several additional certifications, including LEED AP BD+C, LEED Green Associate, Project Management Professional, Level 1A Certified Personnel, and Level 1B Certified Inspector.
