Jamie N Jones

Jamie N Jones is a seasoned professional in innovation, entrepreneurship, and education, currently serving as the Director of Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship since July 2022 and an Associate Professor of Practice at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. With a strong background in venture capital, co-founding Impact Engine, a firm focused on impactful investments, Jamie has held various academic positions, including Executive Director of the Liu Idea Lab for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Rice University and adjunct roles at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Jamie holds a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Northwestern University, with expertise in social entrepreneurship and innovation strategies.
