David Williams

David Williams is the founder and CEO of Impact, a development training group. Prior to founding Impact, David was the director of training at Lakeland Training Group and an instructor at Outward Bound Aberdovey. David has over 25 years of experience in the training and development industry.

David Williams has a teaching certificate in adventure education, geography, art, and education from Charlotte Mason College. David also has a degree in general education and A levels from Buxton College.
