Lisa Sutter

Lisa Sutter serves as the Public Sector Engagement Director at Impact Makers since January 2022. Previously, Lisa held the position of Principal in Management Consulting at Infosys Public Services from February 2016 to January 2022. Lisa's experience includes serving as Program Manager in the Homeland Security Bureau at the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, where responsibilities included overseeing the Photo Enforcement program. Lisa also worked as a Consultant at the Motor Vehicle Administration, focusing on implementing large ticket processing and collections contracts. Earlier roles include Program Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, where Lisa managed state and local government contracts, and a long tenure as Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, managing various government programs. Lisa holds a BA in International Studies, Economics, and Asian Studies from American University and completed the Certified Public Manager Program at The George Washington University.
