Vice President at Impact Mapper

Mariana Servidio has extensive work experience in the areas of consulting, financial planning and management, and impact measurement. Mariana began their career in 2004 as an Economic Analyst for Brazil's Council for Economic Defense (CADE). In 2007, they joined Gas Natural Fenosa as a Management Control Senior Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing and forecasting business and financial position, setting standards, measuring performance, and reporting to the CFO and Executive Council. In 2014, Mariana joined Le Canton Hotels as a Financial Planning & Management Control Manager, leading the accounting department and managing business performance and goals. Mariana also worked as an Independent Management Consultant for Management Consulting Services, providing services such as strategic plans, business modelling and planning, financial planning and analysis, performance management, impact measurement, feasibility studies, applications for funding programs, and budgeting. In 2016, Mariana began working as an External Trainer for Impact Hub Lisbon, facilitating workshops and entrepreneurship programs. Mariana also worked as a Social Business Mentor & Facilitator for IES-Social Business School, facilitating the Social Innovation Marathon Program and mentoring social businesses. In 2018, Mariana joined 4Change Consulting as Head of Social Impact Consulting, where they were responsible for the consulting department and the design and implementation of the 4Change Monitoring and Evaluation System. Mariana also worked as an External Consultant for Impact Evaluation consulting projects. In 2021, Mariana began their current role as Vice President at ImpactMapper, where they help donors, corporates and impact investors visualize impact, track data trends and share stories.

Mariana Servidio completed a degree in Economics from the Universidade Federal Fluminense between 1998 and 2003. Mariana then pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Regulation of Public Services at the Universitat de Barcelona between 2006 and 2007. Mariana Servidio then obtained a Postgraduate degree in Evaluation of Social Programs and Projects from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2018. Additionally, they completed a Pós-graduação em Gestão Econômico-financeira de Gás e Eletricidade from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra between 2011 and 2012.
