Andrea Kumarapillai

Andrea Kumarapillai has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrea started their career as an Operations Coordinator at Impact Recruitment in April 2017. Andrea then moved on to become a People & Culture Specialist in January 2018 before being promoted to a Senior Business Support Specialist in September 2019. Andrea later transitioned to the role of Manager of Communications in November 2021 and then became a Business Systems Manager in March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Systems & HR at Impact Recruitment, where they have been since January 2023.

In addition to their tenure at Impact Recruitment, Andrea also worked at Canucks Sports & Entertainment as a Premium Client Services Concierge from October 2014 to March 2018.

Andrea Kumarapillai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Andrea also obtained a Social Justice Certificate from the same institution in 2017.
