Guilherme Penalva

Guilherme Penalva, also known as Guip, is a highly experienced UX Researcher, UX Designer, and Product Designer currently working at Toptal since November 2022. With a diverse background encompassing 12 industries, Guilherme also serves as an MBA teacher in UX Research and Design at Impacta Tecnologia and a design mentor at adplist.org. As the founder of Guip.XYZ, Guilherme has developed numerous branding and product designs, including educational web applications and responsive websites for various clients. Additionally, Guilherme has held various roles in prominent organizations such as R/GA and AgileEngine, consistently demonstrating expertise in user experience design, product strategy, and research methodologies. Academic qualifications include multiple self-designed master's programs in user experience, a postgraduate degree in UX Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a Bachelor of Social Communication from FAAP.
