Siddharth Kaswan is an experienced professional in the footwear industry with a strong background in product development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Lead Footwear Analyst at Impactiva since June 2022, Siddharth oversees material approvals for new seasons and conducts meetings with factories before launching new styles. Prior to this role, Siddharth worked at Liberty Shoes Ltd. as a Product Developer & AQL Head, managing new developments and providing technical feedback for production ease. Siddharth's experience also includes positions at Impactiva as a Footwear Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed materials approvals, pre-production trials, and various inspection processes.
