Claudia Zepeda

Claudia Zepeda is an experienced professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Impala Terminals since January 2022. Claudia has a strong background in designing and delivering training programs across Latin America, having previously held roles such as HR Manager and Learning & Development Lead for Trafigura in the region. Earlier career positions include HR Manager at Impala Terminals México and Human Resources Manager at Tesoro Resorts & Hotels, among others. Claudia holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Bachelor's degree in literature and communications from Universidad de Colima.
