Paul Vitrano

Paul Vitrano serves as the Senior Vice President, Head of International Business Development, and Chief Legal & Policy Officer at Waev Inc., an electric mobility OEM. Vitrano has held various executive roles, including Senior Assistant General Counsel and VP of Global Government Relations at Polaris Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters across multiple business units and managing government affairs. Additionally, Vitrano has contributed to industry organizations such as the American Motorcyclist Association and the Motorcycle Industry Council, serving in leadership positions including Chair of the Board. Vitrano’s legal expertise was further showcased as Executive Vice President & General Counsel for multiple safety and industry organizations. Vitrano holds a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
