Kristin Hales

Kristin Hales serves as the Vice President of People Operations at Impartner Software since March 2021, previously holding the role of Senior Director of People Operations. Prior experience includes Senior HRBP and Head of Learning & Development at Domo, Inc., and Vice President in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included developing firmwide learning initiatives and collaborating across divisions to enhance professional skills development. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at Morgan Stanley and HRBP & Training Manager at Tishman Speyer. Kristin Hales began a career in recruitment and training at Bear Stearns. A graduate of the University of Utah, Kristin Hales holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Studies and Fine Art.
