Lance Nicholes

Lance Nicholes has extensive experience in business development and strategic risk management. Lance is currently the Director of Business Development at Impel, where they have successfully transformed the company into a market-leading SAAS platform. Prior to this, Lance founded Malta Capital Group, an options brokerage, where they managed day-to-day operations and decreased operational costs. Lance also co-founded Optioneer Systems, where they raised significant investment capital and established strategic partnerships to enhance the proprietary trading platform's capabilities. Earlier in their career, Lance worked as a Business Development Account Manager at Flipdog.com, Impact Media, and Sunstone Hotel Properties Inc.

Lance Nicholes attended Utah Valley University from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Lance also obtained additional certifications in their career, including a Series 30 Branch Manager License from the National Futures Association in 2017 and a Series 3 Commodity Broker license in 2004.
