Beata Masalska has extensive experience in human resources and labor management, currently serving as Dyrektor HR i BHP at Impel - Grupa Impel since March 2021. Previously, Beata held various HR leadership roles, including Dyrektor HR and Kierownik działu kadr i płac at Dino Polska S.A., and has successfully managed HR operations in multiple organizations, such as Familijna and Tarczyński S.A. Beata possesses a strong background in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and organizational management, underpinned by a degree in Management and Production Engineering from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and further education in pedagogical sciences and business management at various universities in Poland.
