Harista Jakhar

Harista Jakhar has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. They started their career in 2006 as a Team Lead at Iconium Consulting Group, where they focused on IT staffing and worked with leading firms. After that, they joined Welspun as an Assistant Manager, where they planned and deployed employee engagement activities and worked closely with the leadership team. They then moved to GMR Group as an Associate Manager, followed by a role at HT Media Ltd as a Regional Manager, responsible for recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, and retention in the South region. In 2018, Harista joined HDFC ERGO General Insurance as an Assistant Vice President, leading the HR operations in the South zone. Currently, they are working at Impelsys as the Head of HR Operations, Talent Management, and HRBP.

Harista Jakhar has a diverse education history. In 2021, they obtained a degree in HR Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to this, they completed an MBA in HR from IBMT between 2005 and 2007. Harista also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Science from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. At the high school level, they completed their 12th grade at Experimental, Surat, with a focus on Science from 1986 to 2001. Additionally, Harista Jakhar has certifications as an Internal Auditor from TÜV SÜD in 2009 and as a Lead Auditor from TUV.
