M Novman has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. They started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Tamura Elcomponics Technologies Private Limited in 2016. After that, they worked as an SDE at OBAPS GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED from August 2016 to September 2017. Following this, they joined Microchip Payments as a DevOps and AWS Engineer in November 2017 and stayed there until July 2023. In July 2023, they moved to Persistent Systems as a Senior Engineering Lead and worked until December 2023. Currently, they are working at Impelsys as a DevOps Lead from December 2023 onwards.

M Novman completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2011 to 2015. They also obtained several certifications from Moralis Academy, including courses in lighting network and lighting apps, Moralis Web3 DApp programming, Ethereum smart contract security, Bitcoin attacks, Bitcoin programming 101, Polkadot 101, blockchain business masterclass, Baseline Protocol & Unibright, and Bitcoin Standard.
