Jimmy McGrail

Jimmy McGrail started their work experience in 2005 as a Junior Equity Trader at Karsch Capital Management. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Equity Trading Administrator at Westfield Capital Management. In 2007, they joined Lilliothea Investment Management as an Equity Trader.

McGrail then joined LeveL ATS in 2008 as an Electronic Trading Sales & Consulting professional, and later became a Vice President in the same role from 2010 to 2021.

In 2021, they moved to Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as a Director in U.S. Equities Electronic Trading Sales. Later in the same year, they joined RBC Capital Markets as a Director in the ETF Market Making - Quantitative Strategies Group.

Currently, McGrail is working at Imperative Execution Inc. as the Managing Director of Business Development and Liquidity Strategy since February 2023.
