Dilip Tuli began their career at PwC in 2001 as a Manager in Financial Advisory. Dilip then joined KPMG India Private Limited in 2010 as a Director in Deal Advisory, where they worked on numerous transactions and developed strong client relationships. In 2016, Tuli became the Chief of Operations at Housing.com, leading a large team and implementing strategies to increase productivity. Dilip then served as Vice President of Strategy & Investments at Snapdeal in 2017, where they formulated a turnaround strategy and successfully divested subsidiaries to enhance cash reserves. Tuli joined PwC again in 2018 as a Partner in Value Creation in Deals, where they established the Value Creation Practice and led various value enhancement projects for companies and portfolios. Currently, Tuli is the Group CFO at Imperial Auto Industries since 2022.
Dilip Tuli completed their education in various fields. Dilip obtained a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute (AIMR) from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Finance. Dilip also became a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2001 and 2004, with a focus on Finance and Accounts. In 1998 to 2001, they pursued a B com Hons degree at Shri Ram College of Commerce. Dilip Tuli further expanded their knowledge by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus in 2019 to 2020, specializing in Digital Strategy, digital transformation, and digital marketing. Dilip also completed a Certificate in Business Analytics: Decision making using data from Emeritus in 2020 (University of Cambridge). Dilip Tuli's earlier education involved completing Class XII from Mothers Global School (Delhi) in 1991 and Class V from Learners Academy (Bandra Mumbai) in 1991 to 1998, where they focused on Commerce. In 2021, they pursued the Disruptive Strategies program at Harvard Business School Online.
