Pantelis Georgiou is a Professor of Biomedical Electronics at Imperial College London, where involvement spans various leadership roles, including Director of Research in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Chief Scientist at the Centre for Antimicrobial Optimisation. Over the course of an academic career beginning in October 2008, Pantelis has progressed from Lecturer to Reader in Biomedical Microelectronics, focusing on advancements in circuits and systems, bio-inspired technology, and the development of a bio-inspired artificial pancreas for type 1 diabetes. Additionally, Pantelis co-founded ProtonDx, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director.
