Michelle Duquette

Michelle Duquette has extensive work experience in various roles. Michelle started their career as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot in 2006 and then moved on to become a Department Manager. Michelle later served as a Specialty Assistant Store Manager, overseeing key departments such as Paint, Flooring, Kitchens and Bath, and Appliances. Michelle then became an Operations Assistant Manager, where they focused on controlling expenses and managing the Front End, Service Desk, and Tool Rental departments. Michelle was later promoted to the role of Merchandising Assistant Store Manager, where they supervised associates, analyzed sales trends, and ensured the store's in-stock position and attractive appearance.
