Paul Richard

Paul Richard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Imperial Manufacturing Group since May 2022, Paul previously held the role of Project Leader at Unison Workplace Strategies from February 2007 to May 2022, focusing on process, product/service, and business improvement, as well as implementing performance improvement systems and training management. Earlier in their career, Paul gained valuable experience in logistics at Domtar Papers from June 1996 to August 2006 and in planning at Saint John Shipbuilding from September 1987 to June 1996. Paul Richard earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Université de Moncton, where studies took place from 1982 to 1987, and completed a High School Diploma at Polyvalente Mathieu Martin between 1979 and 1982.
